Girardeau furniture, a family story
The company has arisen out of a strong family tradition and was set up in 1933 by a self-employed carpenter, Auguste Girardeau.
For four generations, the founder has succeded in transmitting his know-how and in developing his eponymous company. He made sure that customers would always get products of a quality recognized in the furnishing market.
From its beginnings, the Girardeau Group has been set up in Vendée (85) and employs today about 100 members of staff on 2 production sites of 22 000 sq m.
The Girardeau family members perpetuate this tradition and manage the company.
